A bill entitled an Act to provide for the repairing the old
Jail of Harford county, or the building of a new Jail at the
discretion of the County Commissioners of said county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. White, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to require all persons peddling or
selling carriages (not manufactured in this State,) in Frede-
rick county, to take out a license therefor.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Turner, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3 and 7, of
chapter 433, of the Acts of 1868, relating to voting precincts
in Baltimore county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading,

Mr. Hoblitzell, from the Baltimore city delegation, to
whom had been referred the bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police," and
the section 827 of said Article, reported the same favorably,
with proposed amendment.

AMENDMENT PROPOSED .

Strike out in line 6, all after the word "Razor," and in-
cluding "Knife," in 2d line.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

The amendment was adopted by unanimous consent, and
the bill, as amended, ordered to be engrossed, and having
been engrossed, was read a third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
