and to sell the same and issue certificates of title therefor.

An Act to repeal the Act of incorporation of Mechanics-
town, Frederick county, Maryland, passed February 13th,
1832, chapter 111, and the supplement thereto, and sections
193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204,
205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211 and 212, of Article 11, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, and substitute; in lieu of said
Acts and sections, the following sections incorporating the
village of Mechanicstown in said county.

An Act to lay off streets in Baltimore county, adjoining
Baltimore city, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent there-
with.

An Act entitled an Act to repeal Article 8, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, of the State of Maryland, from section
114 to 133 inclusive, title "Cecil County," sub-title "North
East," and re-enact the same with amendments.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage :

We have received your message, proposing to refer all ne-
cessary arrangements for the reception of the Commissioners
of Fisheries of New York to the Joint Special Committee of
