The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Rockville Town
Hall Company in the Town of Rockville, Montgomery county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for &
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Bently Spring
Mining Company,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Washington
Colesville and Ashton Turnpike Company,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Mutual Fire
Insurance Company of Anne Arundel county, passed at the
January session, 1868, chapter 91, and re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage :

BY THE SENATE,

March 14, 1870.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received a message from your Honorable Body,
requesting the return of House bill entitled "an Act to add
additional section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police," con-
curring therein, herewith return to your Honorable Body the
bill indicated in your message.
