1st. That all such parts and portions of said message as
relate to the financial condition and matters of the State, be
referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

2d. That so much and such parts thereof as relate to Edu-
cation and Public Instruction, be referred to the Committee
on Education.

3d. That all such parts and portions as relate to Immigra-
tion, be referred to the Committee on Immigration.

4th. That all such parts and portions as relate to State
Agricultural and Mechanical Associations, and the establish-
ment of a Bureau of Agricultural, Manufacturing, Mechani-
cal, Mineral and other productions and statistics, be referred
to the Committee on Agriculture.

5th, That so much as refers to the Maryland Penitentiary,
be referred to the Special Committee appointed to visit the
Penitentiary.

6th. That so much as relates to the Maryland National
Guards, be referred to the Committee on Militia.

7th. That portion relating to the State Library, be refer-
red to the Committee on the Library.

8th, That so much and such parts as relates to oyster and
other fisheries, be referred to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries.

9th. That so much as refers to State Records, be referred
to the Committee on Public Records.

10th. That so much as relates to live stock, be referred to
the Committee on Agriculture.

11th. That such parts thereof as relate to Railroads
Canals and Highways, be referred to the Committee on Roads
and Highways.

12th. That so much as relates to Pensions, be referred to
the Committee on Pensions.

13th. That relating to the Storage and Outage on Tobacco,
be referred to the Special Committee appointed to visit the
Tobacco Warehouses.

14th. That so much and such parts as relate to the pro-
posed Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the Uni-
ted States, War Claims against the United States, and Fed-
eral Compensation for Emancipated Slaves, be referred to
the Committee on Federal Relations.

15th. That so much as refers to the State House and
grounds, and to the Government House, be referred to the
Committee on Public Buildings.
