reported favorably a bill entitled a Supplement to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Library Company of the
Baltimore Bar.

passed December session, 1849, chapter 377, entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to make a Turnpike Road from
Williamsport, in Washington county, to the Pennsylvania
Line, in the direction of Greencastle, in Franklin county,
State of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Richards, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably, a bill entitled an Act to provide for the better pro-
tection of Partridges in Cecil county.

favorably, a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25, Article
13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title, " Howard Coun-
ty." Sub-title, Justices of the Peace and Constables, and

Mr. Kirk, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, a bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of Calves for
slaughter under a certain age and weight.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed March 18,
1867, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act reincor-
porating the Worcester Rail Road Company, passed at the
January session, 1853, with amendments, being upon a se-
cond reading,
Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel, moved that the bill be
printed and referred to the Committee on Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 241 of Acts of
Assembly, January Session, 1867, by inserting an additional
section to be substituted for section 8, and make the present
