Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill, entitled an Act -supplemental to an Act to
authorize and require the County Commissioners of Balti-
more county to convey a lot of ground to the Board of School
Commissioners of Baltimore county, to be used for a Public
School-house site.

On motion of Mr. Blake,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to amend section 29, of Article 10, Public Gen-
eral Laws, relating to Attachments.

On motion of Mr. Harrington,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill, entitled "An Act
to regulate the publishing or advertising of the Annual
Statements of Receipts and Expenditures of the several coun-
ties of the State oi Maryland ; and also to regulate the pub-
lishing or advertising of County Road Notices, Treasurer
and Almshouse Reports, etc.

On motion of Mr. Harris,

Leave was granted to the Frederick county delegation to
introduce a bill, authorizing tlje Governor to appoint one ad-
ditional Justice of the Peace for District No. 11, Frederick
county.

On motion of Mr. Veitch,

Leave was granted to the Montgomery county delegation to
introduce a bill for the better protection of game in. Mont-
gomery county.

On motion of Mr. Gatch,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill authorizing the Commissioners of Baltimore
county to extend the streets of Baltimore into the county.

On motion of Mr. Neill.

Leave was granted to Messrs. Duke, Owings and Lokcr to
introduce a bill to prohibit the catching of oysters for sale,
in the waters of the Patuxent River, from the 15th day of
April to the 15th day of October.

On motion of Mr. Blake,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to add an amendment to the 37th Article, section
6, of the Public General Laws, relating to Evidence.

On motion of Mr. Neill,
