The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of incorporation
of Mechanicstown, Frederick county, Maryland, passed Feb-
ruaiy 13, 1832, chapter 111, and the supplements thereto,
and sections 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199,200,201, 202,
203, 204, 205, 206, 207. 208, 209, 210, 211 and 212, of Ar-
ticle II, of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to substitute
in lieu of said Acts and sections, the Following sections in-
corporating the village of Mechanicstown, in said county.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 43, Article 61, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanics' lien,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments. '
The bill entitled a supplement to the Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Frederick and Emmitthburg Turnpike
Company, passed December session 1844, chapter 136.
