Mr. Thomas, of Queen Anne's, presented the petition of
C. W. Glanding, A. W. E. Rndler and others, for an Act
incorporating Sudlersville, in Queen Anne's county.

Which was read and referred to the Queen Anne's delega-
tion and Mr. Hardcastle, of Caroline.

Mr. Cooper presented the petition of H. S. Zimmerman
and*41 others, for compensation for furnishing substitutes.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Militia.

Mr. Hammond presented the petition of Chas. H. Stewart
and 67 citizens of Talbot county, praying exemption from
the operation of the law taxing dogs.
