The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1868, chapter
138, relating to election districts in Charles county, by add-
ing an additional section to said Act.

Being upon a second reading.

Mr. Mitchell submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act'shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Which, was adopted,

And the bill as amended read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of rabbits in
Prince George's connty,

Being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Wootton,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the-
bill made the order of the day for Monday 14th instant.

The bill entitled an Act to add the following sections to-
Article 75, of the Code, sub-title "Practice," to come in after
section 58,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Merrick submitted the following amendment:

Add after end of sub-section 1, the following words: and the
probate of any will or codicil which concerns real estate,
shall if taken after issues found, be held as conclusive evi-
dence of such will or codicil in any action of ejectment or
trespass, wherein the title of such real estate shall be so in-
volved.

Which was adopted.

And the bill, as amended, read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. McLane moved that the rules be suspended, and that
the House proceed to the consideration of bills entitled to a
third reading.

Decided in the negative.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, chapter 31, of
the Acts of Assembly of 1865, and re-enact the same with
amendments,
