Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the 3rd section of the
75th Article, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to "Pleading Practice and Process,'

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed fora
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Kee-
dysville, in Washington county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the renewal of cer-
tain bonds and certificates of indebtment of the State al-
ready due, and of others falling due in the year 1870,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 3d section of an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the City Park Railway Com-
pany, passed at January session, 1862, and to re-enact the
same with amendments,

Being upon a second reading,

Mr. Turner submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 1, line 8, strike out all after the word "over,'' and
insert: any road made or to be made between said Druid
Hill Park and the Northern boundary of Baltimore city, ex-
cept Madison Avenue extended, and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Which was adopted.

And the bill, as amended, read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Worthington
Valley, Hampstead and Baughman Valley Railroad Com-
pany,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to amend section 272, of Article
93, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Testa-
mentary Laws," sub-title "Sales," and re-enact the same so
as to read as follows,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 2d. and 3d sections of
±he Act passed at the January session, 1868, chapter 302,
