A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4, chapter 90, of the
Acts of Assembly, passed January session, 1868, entitled an
Act to incorporate the Deer Park Turnpike Road Company of
Baltimore county, and re-enact the same so as to read so
follows:

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill en-
titled an Act to repeal the sections from 44 to 55, both in-
clusive, sub-title "Traders," and the sections from 60 to 69,
both inclusive, sub-title "Spirituous or Fermented Liquors
by Retailers," and the sections from 73 to 84, both inclusive,
and section 86, of sub title "Oyster and Eating Houses," of
56th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Licenses," and to re-enact the same with amendments
Said bill being upon a third reading,
