reported favorably without amendments,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to re-enact and continue in
force an Act passed at December session, 1847, chapter 306,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Withers' Mining Company,
and to make certain amendments thereto.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorpo-
rating the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company,
passed at January session, 1866, chapter 52.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to amend further the Act entitled
an Act to incorporate .the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike
Company in Carroll county, passed at January session, 1866.
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Maryland Central Railroad Company, passed January ses-
sion, 1867, chapter 121, so as to extend the time for the
commencement and completion of the same.
