Sec. 102, line 7, strike out the word "twenty" and insert
the word sixty.

Sec. 103, line 6, strike out the word "ninety" and insert
the word sixty.

Sec. 107, line 2, strike out the word "five," and insert the
word four.

Which were severally read and adopted,

And the bill as amended read a second time, and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading. ,

The bill entitled an Act to regulate the manufacture and
sale of oils for illuminating purposes,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

On motion of Mr. Ritter,

The vote by which the bill was ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the engrossment of the
bill,

On motion of Mr. Ritter,

The further consideration .thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Friday, 11th instant.

The bill entitled an. Act to repeal section 57, Article 1, of
the Public Local Laws of Allegany county, in relation to
deer, and to re-enact the same to read as follows,

Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to ap-
point an additional Justice of the Peace for the 7th election
district of Cecil county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors on Tilghman's Island, Talbot county,
or within three miles thereof,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of the
Lower West Nottingham Presbyterian Church, in Cecil
county, State of Maryland, to sell and convey the lot of
ground, supposed to be twenty-eight acres, part of the be-
quest of Elizabeth A. McMains, deceased, of said county.
