On motion of Mr. Marbury,

Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation to
introduce a bill to authorise the County Commissioners of
Prince George's county to subscribe to the capital stock of
turnpike companies in 'said county.

On motion of Mr. Shipley,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill for the protection of sheep in Baltimore
county, and to tax dogs.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to prevent the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors within one mile of Warren Factory, in Baltimore
county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to regulate the going at large of stock in
Baltimore county.

introduce & bill to regulate the miming at large of swine in
