The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Arti-
cle 6, of the Code of Public General Laws, as amended and
passed at January session, 1868, chapter 471, relating to
corporations,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

On motion of Mr. McLane, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the Senate
bill entitled an Act to add a new section to the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws for Cecil county, under the title of "Schools,"
for the purpose of apportioning the Academic Fund of said
county among the several Academies thereof.

Said bill being upon a third reading,
The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows:
