The House proceeded to the consideration of the Senate
bill entitled an Act supplemental to amend an Act, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Maryland Agricultural and Me-
chanical Association, passed March 19, 1867.
Said bill being upon a second reading.
The bill was then read a second time.
Mr. Turner moved that the bill be read a third time this
day, under the provisions of section 27, Article 3, of the Con-
titution.
