reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Town of Keedys-
ville, in Washington county,

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Worthington
Valley, Hampstead and Baughman Valley Railroad Com-
pany,

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to fix the mode of electing the
President and Directors of the Hagerstown Gas Light Com-
pany, a Company organized under the General Corporation
law of 1852,

Which was, read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 3d section of an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the City Park Railway Com-
pany, passed at January session, 1862, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to add additional seclions to Article
'26 of the Code of Public General Laws, as amended and
passed at January session, 1868, chapter 471, relating to
Corporations.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Merrick, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2 and 3, of the Act
passed at the January session, 1868, chapter 302, entitled an
Act to provide for refunding money paid into the Treasury.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to amend section 272, of Article 93,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Testamentary
Laws," sub-title "Sales," and re-enact the same, so as to
