Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
report a bill to repeal section one of an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the Bank of Col lateral Deposit, and to re-
enact an additional section in lieu thereof.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10 of Article 5 of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Appeals," and
to insert in lieu thereot the following section.

The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bill:

A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money for
the purchase of a lot of ground in which to inter the remains
of the Confederate soldiers who died at Point Lookout, in
St. Mary's county, whilst prisoners of war, during the late
civil strife, and enclose and ornament the same.

ment."
