An Act to enable certain alien heirs of William Dalzell,
late of Montgomery county, deceased, to take by decent, cer-
tain lands lying in Montgomery county, of which the said
William Dalzell died seized and possessed.

An Act to repeal sections 958 and 959 of an Act entitled
an Act to ratify the purchase and to provide for the organi-
zations and government of Druid Hill and Patterson Parks,
belonging to the City of Baltimore, by incorporating certain
additional sections in Article four of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, passed January, 1862, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

An Act to amend the Charter of the town of Leitersburg,
Maryland.

An Act to repeal sections seventeen and nineteen of Article-
tenth of Public Local Laws, of Dorchester county, entitled
''Almshouse," and to repeal sections ten and twenty of said
Article, and re-enact the same with amendments.

An Act to provide for the protection of Mocking Birds in
Dorchester county.

An Act to repeal an Act passed January, 1867, entitled
an Act to authorize the Pennsylvania Mutual, Horse Thief
Detecting and Insurance Company of Yoik, Pennsylvania,
to transact business in the State of Maryland, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, section
45 of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws, enti-
tled "Revenue and Taxes."

An Act to repeal section eighteen of Article sixteen of
the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Chancery,"
sub-title "Auditor," and to re-enact the same so as to read
as follows.

An Act to prevent fishing in "Israel's Creek," in Wash-
ington county.

An Act to authorize the Governor to appoint a Notary
Public in the town of Princess Anne, in Somerset county.

An Act to incorporate the town of Frostburg, in Allegany
county.

An Act to change the time of paying the State's donation
to the Harford county and Darlington Academies from an-
nual to semi-annual payments.

An Act to incorporate the Miners' Bank of Frostburg.
