Ordered, That the local bill entitled an Act providing for
maintaining and keeping in repair the public roads in How-
ard county, and to repeal the Act passed at the January ses-
sion, 1868, chapter 358, entitled an Act to provide for the
repairs of the public roads in Howard county, be printed.

Mr. Woolford submitted the following order:

Ordered, That it be entered on the Journal of this House,

introduce a bill to repeal the Act of 1868 chapter 233, en-
titled an Act to amend the charter of the Philadelphia, Wil-
mington and Baltimore Railroad Company.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Walnut Level Coal and
Iron Company of Allegany county.

On motion of Mr. Harrington,

Leave was granted to the Dorchester delegation to intro-
duce a bill to provide for maintaining and keeping in repair
the public roads of Dorchtster county, and to repeal sections
163, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 173 and 174, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Dorchester
