ness Agency Company.

incorporate the Maryland Floating Dock and Marine Railway
Company, passed March 24, 1865.

Assembly of Maryland of 1868, chapter 471, relating to the
formation of corporations, and to re-enact said section.

ments, an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Corn and
Flour Exchange of the City of Baltimore, passed March 23,
1865, chap. 83.

Act passed al January session, 1863, chap. 266, entitled a
Supplement to the Act passed at the January session, 1864,
chap. 116, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act to
incorporate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company,
with amendment, passed at December session, 1847, and to
re-enact the same with amendments and additions.

incorporate the Monumental Savings Institution, passed at
