The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 295, Acts of As-
sembly, 1868, entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Guano," by adding there-

lieu thereof.

Being the Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of
1853, chapter 194, entitled an Act to incorporate the Bal-
timore and Potomac Railroad Company, and to repeal the
second section of the Act of 1860, chapter 71, and to extend
the time for the completion of the Baltimore and Potomac
Railroad.
