Strike out all after the word "described" in the 44th line
of section 13, down to the word "and" in the 49th line.

Mr. Meryick submitted the following amendment to the
amendment submitted by Mr. McCreery :

Insert after word "inquisition" in 46th line, the words,
where the sole cause for setting aside the inquisition was the
insufficiency of the damages.

Which was rejected.
