Mr. Hardcastle, of Talbot, Chairman ol the Committee on
Militia, to whom had been referred the Senate bill entitled
an Act to authorize the Adjutant General to furnish arms for
the use of the Maryland Agricultural College, reported back
the same with proposed amendments.
