Mr. Wiley moved that the House do now adjourn.

Decided in the negative.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Broadway and Locust Point Steam Ferry
Company of Maryland, and to grant, on certain conditions,
the right to use the wharf known as the County Wharf,
approved March 28, 1868,

Being upon a second reading,

On motion of Mr. Gorman,

Was ordered to be printed.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills :

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled, an Act to
incorporate the Equitable Gas Light Company of Baltimore
city, passed at January session, 1867, chapter 132.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 9, of Article 28, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the publica-
tion of county expenses, so far as the same relates to Caro-
line county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time, and referred to the Caroline
delegation, and Mr. Thomas of Queen Anne's.
