Mr. Cameron, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably, the following bills :

A bill entitled an Act to make valid the acts and deeds of
the Road Supervisors in Baltimore county, acting under the
law passed at the January session of 1868, chapter 411, ap-
proved March 30, 1868,

Which was read a first time.

Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 149, 150, 151,
152, 153, 154, 155, 156 and 157, of the 3rd Article of the
Public Local Laws, relating to roads in Baltimore county,
and sub-sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and section 3 of the
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 411, ap-
proved March 30, 1868, and to re-enact the following sec-
tions in lieu thereof.

Which was read a first time, and

On motion of Mr. Gatch,

Recommitted to the Baltimore County delegation.

Mr Markland, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favotably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 215, of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
Bub title "Elections," and le-enact the following in lieu
thereot.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Touchstone, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the waters of Mill
Creek and Principle Creek, in Cecil county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Baldwin, oi Harford, Chairman of a Select Committee,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of
an additional Justice of the Pesice for election district No. 4,
in Hartord county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Kean. Chairman of a Select Committee, reported un-
favorably,
