bill was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
Mr. Standish, Chairman of a Select Committee, to whom
had been referred the bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
National Bank of Frostburg, reported back the same with
proposed amendments, as a substitute therefor.
The said bill having been read a third time,
