Means, reported favorably a bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections 37, 38, 39 aud 40, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " Licenses," and to substitute in lieu thereof
the following sections.

Mr. Merrick moved that the bill bs read a second time
this day, under the provisions of section 21, Article 3, of
the Constitution.
