Introduce a bill to repeal sections 140, 141, 142 and 143, of
Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chan-
cery" and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Cameron,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to establish voting precincts in the 7th elec-
tion district of Baltimore county.

On motion of Mr. Watkins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
Introduce an Act to repeal the first section of an Act to pro-
vide for the selection and drawing of jurors in the several
counties, and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Brattan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to prohibit public executions in this State.

On motion of Mr. Kilbourn,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to provide for the trials of issues of fact in
Courts of Equity before a jury.

On motion of Mr. Hardcastle, of Talbot,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to amend Article twenty-eight, Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, by adding an additional section thereto.

On motion of Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel delegation to in-
troduce a bill to approve of an Act passed at January session,
1868, chapter 367, authorizing the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county, to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad.

On motion of Mr. Meekins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate a Railroad Company. The
road to run from Salisbury, in Wicomico county, to Cam-
bridge, in Dorchester county, passing at or near Barren
Creek, and crossing the Nanticoke River at Vienna. Said
road to be called " The Wicomico and Dorchester Railroad."

On motion of Mr. Garey,

Leave was granted to the Caroline delegation and Mr.
Browne, of Queen Anne's, to introduce a bill to divide elec-
tion district No. 3, Caroline county, into two election dis-
tricts.

On motion of Mr. Jordan,
