Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to amend section 34, of Article 75, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title ''Pleadings, Practice and
Process."

On motion of Mr. Sanner,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill to repeal an Act entitled an Act, granting to
certain soldiers and widows of soldiers of the war of 1812, a
pension of $80 per annum, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

On motion of Mr. McCreery,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
