Mr. Cameron, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to levy a sum of money
not exceeding three hundred dollars, for the purpose of re-
imbursing certain parties for expenses incurred in the erec-
tion of two bridges in Baltimore county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Choate, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 389, of Acts
of Assembly, January session, 1864, entitled an Act sup-
plemental to the Act, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Company, and amendatory
of the Act entitled an Act incorporating a Company to make
the Bloomingdale Turnpike Road on the bed of the present
road leading from the Blacksmith's shop of John Black, on
the Franklin Turnpike Road in Baltimore county, to inter-
sect the Windsor Mill road at a point at or near the city line,
and running thence on the bed of the Windsor Mill road to &
point known as Wells' Corner, by inserting an additional sec-
tion as a substitute for section 9, and make the present section
9 to number 10.

Mr. Myers, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 69, o£ Article 1, of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany county," sub-title
"Fences," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Mr. Brattan, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing the County
Commissioners of Somerset county, to change the place of
holding the election in the second election district (known as
Dames' Quarter District) in said county.

Mr. Ritter, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to build a new Almshouse
for Frederick county, to borrow money on the credit of the
county for that purpose, to issue bonds for the payment of the
