On motion of Mr. Blake,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to re-
port a bill to change the term of office of the Mayor of Balti-
more city.

On motion of Mr. Gatch,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation to
introduce a bill to authorize and empower the Commissioners
of Baltimore county to sell and convey the Alms-house prop-
erty of said county.

On motion of Mr. HoMitzell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to add a uew section to Article Y. of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Appeals," to be arranged
under the head of "Appeals from Justices of the Peace."

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee ou the Judiciary to
report a bill to add a new section to Article LI. of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Justices of the Peace," to
be arranged under the head of Supersedeas and Execution, of
said Article.

On motion of Mr. Gatch,

Leave was granted to the Committee ou Elections to amend
the Act of 1868, charter 297, relating to the registration of
voters.

On motion of Mr. Hardcastle, of Caroline,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Roads and High-
ways to introduce a bill to remove all gates on the public
roads in Caroline county, and on all public roads dividing
Caroline from other counties.

On motion of Mr. McCreery,

Leave was granted to the Frederick delegation to introduce
a bill to repeal sections 345 and 346, of chapter 11, of the
Public Local Laws of Frederick county, sub-title " Woods-
boro," and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Wiley,

Leave was granted to the Judiciary Committee to introduce
a bill to amend the law relating to non-resident traders,
(chapter 413, section 37, Laws of 1868.)

On motion of Mr. Gatch,

Leave was granted to the Judiciary Committee to amend
the 14th section, Article XXIII., of Public General Laws;
title, Testamentary Laws.
