CHAPTER 463.
AN ACT to amend Chapter ninety, passed at
January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
eight, entitled An Act to Incorporate the Deer
Park Turnpike Road Company of Baltimore
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the road authorized to be con-
structed by the first Section of the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, Chapter ninety, shall
commence at a point at or near Ovvings' Mills,
on the Reistertown Turnpike Road, and be ex-
tended by the most direct and practicable route to
intersect the Deer Park Road at or near Hamill's
Store, and from thence shall continue on or near
the bed of the Deer Park Road to the bridge on
the north branch of the Patapsco.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That all stockholders
in any election of the officers of the Deer Park
Turnpike Road Company shall be entitled to one
vote in person or by proxy for each share; provided,
that no person or body politic shall be entitled to
more than one hundred votes, no matter what
number of shares he, she, it or they may be enti-
tled to.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That so much and
such portion of the Act of eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, Chapter ninety, as conflicts with the
provisions herein contained, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
