LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

House of Delegates, per order of Secretary of the
Senate, and Chief Clerk of the House one hundred
and eighty dollars and thirty-five cents; to George
W. Sands for legal services fifty dollars; to Geo.
W. Murdock for taking cure of, cleaning and
renovating the House for the present session of the
Legislature two hundred dollars; to Thomas I.
Duvall for sundries furnished the House of Dele-
gates, by order of the Chief Clerk two hundred
and forty-three dollars and fifty-three cents; to
(to) James E. Tate for sundries furnished the Sen-
ate, by order of the Secretary, four hundred and
ninety-four dollars and eighty-four cents; to Sprigg
Harwood, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel county for fees in State cases, thirty-seven
dollars and twenty-five cents; to Samuel Davis
for taking care, cleaning and renovating Senate
Chamber for the present session two hundred dol-
lars; to John Sullivan for work on the State House
Hill thirty-one dollars and fifty cents; 'to Samuel
W. Brooks for work on State House Hill thirty-
one dollars and fifty cents; to Owen M. Taylor
for fees as Justice of the Peace in oyster cases ten
dollars; to P. Dorsey Carr, late Sheriff, Anne
Arundel county, for capturing oyster boats dredg-
ing contrary to law one hundred and two dollars;

to Walter Crook, Jr., for damask cushions furn-
ished by order of the Secretary of the Senate forty-
two dollars; to Thomas A. Makibbin for repairs
to State House eighteen dollars and fifty cents; to
George Herring for fine paid and to be refunded
as per the certificate of the Comptroller and Trea-
surer four hundred and seventy dollars; to Wil-
liam C. Parker for license paid in error twenty-
nine dollars and thirteen cents; to Daniel I.
Saunders for license paid in error forty-six dollars
and sixty-two cents.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after its passage.
