amendatory thereto, to wit: The Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-one, Chapter thirty-five; the
Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-two, Chapter
one hundred and sixteen, one hundred and ninety-
nine, two hundred and fifty-four and two hundred
and two hundred and eighty-three; the Acts of
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Chapters one
hundred and eighty-nine, three hundred and
twenty-eight, three hundred and thirty-nine, three
hundred and forty-six, three hundred and sixty-
nine and three hundred and eighty-four; the Acts
of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapters six,
one hundred and sixty-five, one hundred and
ninety-two and one hundred and ninety-four; the
Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, Chap-
ters one hundred and forty-eight, two hundred
and forty-one, three hundred and sixty-eight and
three hundred and eighty-one, and the Acts of
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, Chapters one
hundred and twenty-eight, two hundred and
ninety-five and four hundred and fifty-eight, re-
lating to inspections, except Sections four hun-
dred and ten to four hundred and twenty-three,
inclusive, and Sections four hundred and fifty-
eight to four hundred and seventy-seven, all in-
clusive, and Sections four hundred and ninety-five
to five hundred and forty-seven, inclusive, relating
to tobacco, be and the same are hereby repealed.

Inspection
law repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,
be and the same are hereby repealed, it being the
intent and purpose of this Act to repeal all Acts or
parts of Acts in any manner authorizing or direct-
ing inspections in this State, except such as relate
to the weighing of hay and straw, to the weigher
of live stock, and the inspection of tobacco.
