CHAPTER 418.
AN ACT to repeal all those Sections of Article four
of the Code of Public Local Laws for the city of
Baltimore, title "Inspections," from Section
two hundred and seventy-two to Section five
hundred and sixty-seven; also the following
Acts supplementary and amendatory thereto, to
wit: The Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-
one, Chapter thirty-five; Acts of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-two, Chapters one hundred and
sixteen, one hundred and ninety-nine, two hun-
dred and fifty-four and two hundred and eighty-
three; Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-four,
Chapters one hundred and eighty-nine, three
hundred and twenty-eight, three hundred and
thirty-nine, three hundred and forty-six, three
hundred and sixty-nine and three hundred and
eighty-four; Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-
five, Chapters six, one hundred and sixty-five,
one hundred and ninety-two and one hundred
and ninety-four; Acts of eighteen hundred and
sixty-seven, Chapters one hundred and forty-
eight, two hundred and forty-one, three hundred
and sixty-eight and three hundred and eighty-
one, and Acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-
eight, Chapters one hundred and twenty-eight,
two hundred and ninety-five and four hundred
and fifty-eight, relating to inspections, except
Sections four hundred and ten to four hundred
and twenty-three, inclusive, and Sections four
hundred and fifty-eight to four hundred and
seventy-seven, all inclusive, and sections four
hundred and ninety-five to five hundred and
hundred and forty-seven, inclusive, relating to
Tobacco.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That all those Sections of the Code of
Public Local Laws for the city of Baltimore, title
