sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled
"An Act to repeal Section nine of the Act of
January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-six,
Chapter one hundred and nineteen, incorporating
the Union Railroad Company of Baltimore, and
re-enacting the sanie with amendments, and also
to add additional sections thereto," be and the
same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the fourth, sixth,
ninth and tenth sections of the said Act of eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-six, Chapter one hundred
and nineteen, incorporating the Union Railroad
Company of Baltimore, be and the same are hereby
repealed, and the following be substituted in lieu
thereof:

re-enacted.

4. And be it enacted, That said corporation, thus
becoming stockholders in the said Union Railroad
Company of Baltimore, and the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, whether a subscriber or not,
shall be entitled to representation in the Board of
Directors to the extent provided for by the sixth
section of this Act, and the Directors upon the
part of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
shall he appointed by a convention of the two
Branches of the City Council, upon the nomination
of the Mayor, and such Directors may be ap-
pointed immediately, and the Directors upon the

rations performed, and as such corporations may
respectively provide, and the said corporations
shall be respectively entitled to be represented at
all general meetings of the stockholders of said

upon all questions arising at such meeting, ex-
cept in the election of the elective Directors,
the selection of whom shall he left entirely to
the individual stockholders, but at all general
or called meetings of the stockholders of the said
Company except in the selection of the elective
