cases before the Circuit Court, to be taxed by the
magistrate with the other costs in the case, and
paid by the party, if convicted, and to be paid by
the County Commissioners if the party is acquitted
or is unable to pay.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That on or before the
fifth day of June, in each year, the State's Attor-
ney for Dorchester County shall make up and pre-
sent to the Judges of said Court, for their inspec-
tion and approval, his account for services rendered
during the fiscal year past, which account, when
approved by said Judges, shall be filed with the
County Commissioners for levy.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter three hundred and
twenty-nine of the Acts of eighteen hundred
and sixty-eight, entitled Public Roads in Caro-
line and Talbot Counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Chapter three hundred and
twenty-nine (329) of the Acts of eighteen hundred
and sixty-eight, entitled " Public Roads " in Tal-
bot and Caroline Counties, he and the same is
hereby repealed.

Repealed.
|
Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
