So the motion was concurred in, and said Resolutions made
the order of the day for Monday next, the 14th instant.

Mr. Hoblitzell, (the rules being suspended,) submitted the
following order:

Ordered, That printed bill No. 8, entitled an Act to repeal
chap. 295, Act of Assembly, 1868, entitledan Act to amend Ar-
ticle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Guano," by
adding thereto the following sections relating to the inspec-
tion of all fertilizers other than Guanoes, and to substitute
the following in lieu thereof, be made the special order of the
day for Tuesday next, 15th instant, at 1 o'clock. P. M.

Which was adopted.

Mr? Hoblitzell moved a reconsideration of the vote by
which the House had refused to concur in the motion to ad-
journ until Monday.

Mr. Turner moved that the House do now adjourn.
The question being upon concurring in the motion,
