CHAPTER 380.
|

AN ACT to repeal Section fifty-seven, Article one,
of the Public Local Laws of Allegany County,
in relation to Deer, and to re-enact the same to
read as follows:

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section fifty-seven, Article
one, of the Public Local Laws of Allegany County,
in relation to deer, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted to read as follows : It shall
not be lawful for any person or persons to kill or
destroy, or try to kill or destroy, any wild deer in

Allegany County except in the months of August,
September, October, November and December;
and for each and every violation of this section,
the offender shall on conviction pay a fine of not
less than fifteen dollars.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall

CHAPTER 381.
|
AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of Car-
roll County to levy a tax of money upon the
taxable property of Carroll County, to pay
Robert J. Jimison, of said County, for the board-
ing, clothing and nursing of Benjamin Jimison,
a lunatic pauper of said County.
