at January session, 1854, chapter 60, entitled an Act to in-
corporate a Society in Washington county, to be styled the-
Agricultural and Mechanical Association of Washington
county, and also an Act passed at January session, 1867,
chapter 200, entitled an Act to revive and continue in force
the Act of 1854, chapter 60, entitled an Act to incorporate a
Society in Washington county, to be styled the Agricultural
and Mechanical Association of Washington county, so as to
convert said Association into a joint stock corporation, and
to legalize certain Acts heretofore performed by said Asso-
ciation.

Which was read a first time.

On motion of Mr. Mitchell,
The rules were suspended,

And the House proceeded to the consideration of the order of
the day, being

The Joint Resolutions in reference to the claim of the State
against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.

The question recurring upon the resolutions submitted by
Mr, Streett, as an amendment to the resolutions submitted
by Mr. Hoblitzell, as an amendment to the Resolutions sub-
mitted by Mr. Merrick,
