Mr. Marbury, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to facilitate the examina-
tion of title to land in Prince George's county.

Mr. Hamilton, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 619, of Article 4,
of the Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact
the same so as to read as follows.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Blake, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bilF entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, to issue the bonds of the City of Balti-
more to an amount not exceeding two millions five hundred
thousand dollars, for the purpose of providing means for the
improvement of Jones' Falls with the limits of. the City of
Baltimore.

Which was read a first time.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to ratify and confirm an ordinance
of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, entitled an
ordinance to provide for the improvement of Jones' Falls
within the limits of the City of Baltimore, and to open
avenues, and construct sewers on the borders thereof.

Mr. Duke, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to prevent the catching of Oysters
for sale in the waters of Saint Leonard's Creek, Island Creek
and Battle Creek, in Calvert county.
