LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

CHAPTER 309.

AN ACT to repeal Sections one hundred and forty-
ninth, one hundred and fiftieth, one hundred
and fifty-first, one hundred and fifty-second, one
hundred and fifty-third, one hundred and fifty-
fourth, one hundred and fifty-fifth, one hundred
and fifty-sixth and one hundred and fifty-seventh
of the third Article of the Public Local Laws
relating to Roads in Baltimore County, and
Sub-sections second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth
and seventh, and Section third of the Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, Chapter four
hundred and eleven, approved March the thir-
tieth, eighteen hundred and sixty -eight, and to
re-enact the following sections in lieu thereof:

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the one hundred and forty-
ninth, one hundred and fiftieth, one hundred and
fifty-first, one hundred and fifty-second, one hun-
dred and fifty-third, one hundred and fifty-fourth,
one hundred and fifty-fifth, one hundred and fifty-
sixth and one hundred and fifty-seventh Sections
of the third Article of the Public Local Laws, re-
lating to Roads in Baltimore County, and the
Sub-sections second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and
seventh, and Section third of the Act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, Chapter four hundred
and eleven, approved March thirtieth, eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, be and the same are
hereby repealed.

Additions.

Sec. 2. And be if, enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the following sections be
added to the third Article of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland:

Appoint road
Supervisors.

Sec. 3. And be it, enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County shall, within
thirty days after the passage of this Act, appoint
for each Election District of Baltimore County
three competent and trustworthy persons, resi-
dents of said district, to act as Road Supervisors
of that district for the term of two years, com-
