Leave to introduce a bill entitled an additional supplement
to an Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Roman Catholic
Congregation in Baltimore town, passed 1795, chapter 15,
io enable the said corporation to purchase a new burial
ground.

On motion of Mr. Wiley,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to change the name of the South Baltimore
Chemical Works, to the South Baltimore Guano Company.

On motion of Mr. Webb,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the Citizens Railway Com-
pany.

On motion of Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to report a
bill to appropriate a sum of money to pay Walking Richard-
son, of Anne Arundel county, for services rendered the State
as Enrolling Officer.

On motion of Mr. Marbury,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill requiring common carriers to keep crops
separate and distinct consigned to them, and requiring com-
mission merchants to sell the same separately.

On motion of Mr. Owings,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
report a bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Cal-
vert county, to collect State, County and School tax, for said
county.

On motion of Mr. Kilbourn,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to intro-
duce a bill to give a pension to Mary Johnson, widow of
Leonard Johnson, a soldier of 1812, &c.

On motion of Mr. Choate,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to re-
port a bill to amend the charter of the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Company.

On motion of Mr. Hopkins,

The vote by which the bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 170, Article 30, Public
General Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punishments," sub-
title "Rivers," was passed on Friday last,

Was reonsidered .
