How built.
|
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the said pier
shall be built of good and substantial material,
with a good shed thereon, under the supervision of
the Superintendent of Labor and Agriculture, and
at the expiration of ten years from the date of this
act shall revert to the State of Maryland in good
condition and repair.

In force.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 256.
|

AN ACT to repeal Section seven of the Act en-
titled "An Act to appropriate the sum of twenty-
five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may
he necessary to the rebuilding of the Hay Scales
and the buildings connected with the same,
owned by the State, and situated in the eastern
section of the city of Baltimore, near the inter-
section of O'Donnell street, with the western
line of Baltimore County, to repair or re-supply
the scales, and adapt them to the weighing of
live stock, as well as hay and straw, to provide
such yards for live stock as may he necessary,"
passed at January Session, eighteen hundred
and sixty-seven, Chapter two hundred and forty-
one, and to re-enact said seventh section with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section seven of the Act en-
titled "An Act to appropriate the sum of twenty-
five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may
