Injure or
destroy.
|
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That if any person
shall wilfully injure or destroy any part of said
Railway, or any building, vehicle, or other prop-
erty of said Company, or shall wilfully obstruct
the free passage of any car or other vehicle on said
Railway, he or she shall he subject to a penalty of
twenty dollars, to be collected as other fines are
collected.

Not to stand
on road.
|
Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the said Com-
pany shall not permit any car or other vehicle to
stand on said Railway, except for a reasonable
time to receive and discharge passengers, produce
or merchandise.

Extend rail-
way.
|
Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the said Presi-
dent, Managers and Company be authorized to ex-
tend their said Railway to such points in the city
of Baltimore, and to connect with such of the rail-
ways in said city, or which may be constructed
therein, as the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more shall permit, direct and ordain, and subject

to such restrictions, terms and conditions as said
Mayor and City Council may prescribe and impose,
and as the Baltimore City Passenger Railway Com-
pany shall consent and agree to.

Amend.
|
Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That the Legislature
hereby reserves the right to alter, amend or repeal
this charter at its pleasure, and that this Act shall

take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section six of Article fifty-six
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Billiards."
|
Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section six of Article fifty-six
of the Code of Public General Laws be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That a license may
