Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That upon passing
such decree as mentioned in the preceding Section
or at any time thereafter, on the motion of any
person interested in the further execution of said
trust, where the character of the trust requires
the appointment of another person as Trustee
in place of the discharged Trustee, the said Court

shall appoint some suitable person to act there-
after in execution of said trust, provided, never-
theless, that where any person shall be in the same
trust as a co-trustee, satisfactory evidence shall be
produced before the appointment of a substituted
Trustee that such co-trustee had actual notice of
the proposed appointment of such new Trustee and
full time to be heard in relation thereto.

CHAPTER 248.

AN ACT to alter and amend the Charter of the
Fire Insurance Company of Allegany County,
so as to enable said Company to declare semi-
annual, instead of annual dividends.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That so much of the sixth Section of
the Act incorporating said Company, passed at the
January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-

eight, Chapter ninety-three, as restricts the said
Company from declaring annual dividends, be and
the same is hereby repealed, and the Board of Di-
rectors of said Company are hereby authorized to
declare dividends in the months of January and
July, in each year, out of the profits of said Com-
pany; provided, however, no diminution shall be
made of the Capital Stock of said Company; and
in case of any loss or losses whereby the Capital

Stock shall be diminished, no subsequent dividend
shall be made until a sum equal to such diminu-
tion, and arising from the profits of the Company,
shall have been added to the Capital Stock.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.
