CHAPTER 166.

AN ACT to authorize the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore to sell a certain parcel of
land.
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore be, and he is hereby author-
ized and empowered to sell and convey by good and
sufficient deed to the purchaser or purchasers, any
part, or the whole of that parcel of land described
in a deed for the same, from Joseph Krastel and
wife to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more, and his successors, which deed is recorded
in Liber. H. M. F. number twenty, folio three hun-
dred any ninety-five of the land records of Balti-
more County, the said grantors having given their
assent in writing to such conveyance.
