CHAPTER 166.
AN ACT to authorize the Roman Catholic Arch- bishop of Baltimore to sell a certain parcel of land.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Roman Catholic Arch- bishop of Baltimore be, and he is hereby author- ized and empowered to sell and convey by good and sufficient deed to the purchaser or purchasers, any part, or the whole of that parcel of land described in a deed for the same, from Joseph Krastel and wife to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti- more, and his successors, which deed is recorded in Liber. H. M. F. number twenty, folio three hun- dred any ninety-five of the land records of Balti- more County, the said grantors having given their assent in writing to such conveyance.		Empowered to sell and convey.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved April 4, 1870.		In force.
