Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from and after the date of its passage. Approved March 31, 1870.	In force.
CHAPTER 148.
AN ACT to add additional Sections to the Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chapter thirty- six, entitled An Act to Incorporate the German Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That additional sections be added to the Act of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, Chap- ter thirty-six, entitled An Act to Incorporate the German Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore, and be Section twenty-three, &c., of said Act.		Additional sections.
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the Capital Stock of said Company shall consist of a sum not exceeding three hundred thousand dollars, divided into the requisite number of shares, not exceeding thirty thousand in number, at ten dollars each share.		Capital stock.
Sec. 24. And be it enacted, That any provisions in the Act, to which this is a supplement, incon- sistent with or contrary to the rights and privi- leges hereby granted, be and the same are hereby repealed, and the same is hereby affirmed as here- tofore organized.		Inconsistent repealed.
Sec. 25. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage, Approved March 31, 1870.		In force.
