owner or owners, who may establish his or their
claim to said property, and in the event of no such
claimant appearing within thirty clays, then the
balance, after deducting costs, shall be paid into
the school fund for Baltimore County.
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 147.

AN ACT to authorize John T. Waller, guardian,
to settle his accounts as guardian to Charles N.
Waller, and to deliver over the estate to his
said ward.
|
Guardian to
settle as if of
age.
|
WHEREAS, Charles N. Waller and John T.
Waller, his guardian, are anxious that the said
Charles N. Waller may receive all his property,
and act as a man of full age in relation thereto;
therefore,

Pass final ac-
count.
|
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That John T. Waller, guardian to
Charles N. Waller, a minor, he and he is hereby
authorized to pass his final account as guardian,
as aforesaid, before the Orphans' Court of Somer-
set County, and to pay and deliver over to the
said Charles N. Waller all his property, real and
personal, and all moneys that may be due to him

Take receipt.

on the said final account, and to take his receipt
for the same, which shall be acknowledged as now
required by law, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for said county, and have the
same effect as if the same was executed by a per-
son of full age.

Answerable in
future.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after
the passage of this Act the said Charles N. Wal-
ler shall be answerable for all debts, contracts and
liabilities made and entered into by him, and may
sue and be sued as fully as if he was of full age.
